Creating a Cover Pass
- Pass Title — e.g. "Saturday Night Cover"
- Description — dress code, what's included, age requirements
- Start/End Time — when the pass is valid
- Price — set to 0.00 for a free pass
- Total Quantity — max passes available
Create Cover Pass form — title, description, time, price, and quantity
Publishing & Recurring
Toggle Publish Pass to make the pass live. Enable Recurring to automatically repeat the pass across selected nights without creating a new one each week.

Tips
- Set your Total Quantity to match your actual capacity.
- Use the Description field to explain what the cover gets them.
- Toggle Publish Pass off while setting up, then flip it on when ready.
- Use Recurring for regular cover nights instead of creating new passes each week.
