Using Events
The Events section is where you create and manage named events at your venue — ticketed shows, themed nights, special parties, and more. Each event gets its own page, ticket sales, and reporting all in one place.

Creating a New Event
Click + Create Event to open the event creation form. Fill in:
- Event Poster — upload your event flyer (JPG, PNG, WEBP, max 5MB)
- Event Title — the name of your event
- Description — describe your event in detail (up to 5000 characters)
- Start/End Date & Time
- Recurring Event — toggle to repeat on selected days
- Location & Timezone

- Enable Venue Fees

- Require Approval

Creating Tickets
Open your event and go to the Tickets tab. Create public tickets with Title, Description, Price, Total Quantity, Visibility, Sales Window, Allow Transfer, and Password Protection options.

Create tickets only accessible via direct link — useful for staff comps, sponsor tickets, or invite-only tiers.

Discount Codes
Create codes with Title, Code, Discount Type (Percentage), Percentage Off, Total Uses Limit, Per Order Limit, and optional Scheduled dates.

Tracking Links
Create unique ticket links for specific promoters or campaigns to track exactly how many sales came from each source.

Tips
- Always upload an event poster — it's the biggest thing you can do to look professional.
- Use the Description field fully with dress code, age restrictions, and lineup details.
- Turn on Notify Customers for big events — free push notification marketing.
- Use Recurring Events for weekly themed nights.
- Create multiple ticket tiers (Early Bird + VIP) to drive urgency.
- Use Tracking Links for every promoter to know who's driving sales.
