Events — Create & Manage Events

Create ticketed events, manage ticket tiers, discount codes, tracking links, and more.

Using Events

The Events section is where you create and manage named events at your venue — ticketed shows, themed nights, special parties, and more. Each event gets its own page, ticket sales, and reporting all in one place.

Tips

  • Always upload an event poster — it's the biggest thing you can do to look professional.
  • Use the Description field fully with dress code, age restrictions, and lineup details.
  • Turn on Notify Customers for big events — free push notification marketing.
  • Use Recurring Events for weekly themed nights.
  • Create multiple ticket tiers (Early Bird + VIP) to drive urgency.
  • Use Tracking Links for every promoter to know who's driving sales.
