The Reservations section is where you manage all your table bookings — from the live floor plan view to individual reservation details, payments, menus, and configuration.

The Floor Plan

A live visual map of your venue with every table shown. Click any table for three options: Update Table Config, Pending List, or Create Reservation.

Creating a Reservation

Fill in Date & Table Info, Select Time Slot, Personal Information, Menu Items, Guest Invites, and optionally toggle Complimentary Reservation.

Reservation Details

Manage status, primary guest info, guest list, menu items, payment requests history, demographics, assigned tables, assigned server, and full payment breakdown.

Requesting Payment

Options include: Pay Full Amount, Pay Deposit, or Authorization (hold card only). Set link expiry and generate a secure payment link.

Manage your bottle menu with categories (Whisky, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Cognac) and create multiple floor plan layouts.
